Everest Panorama Trek Itinerary 9 Days

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, Glance Tours and Treks representative will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to relax and prepare for your Everest Panorama Trek. Our trekking guide will meet you at the hotel to provide a briefing about the trek and answer any questions you may have.

Start your adventure with a thrilling 35-minute scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, where your trek begins. From Lukla, trek for about 3 to 4 hours, following the Dudh Koshi River and passing through picturesque Sherpa villages, until you reach Phakding. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and spend the night in a teahouse.

Today's trek takes you through lush forests, suspension bridges, and alongside the Dudh Koshi River. Ascend gradually to Namche Bazaar, a bustling Sherpa town and the gateway to the Everest region. This is a 6 to 7-hour trek, offering stunning views of the Himalayas along the way.

Take a scenic hike to Khumjung, a charming Sherpa village nestled amidst the mountains. Enjoy the panoramic views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. Visit the famous Khumjung Monastery and experience the Sherpa culture and way of life. The hike takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.

Continue your trek towards Tengboche, known for its beautiful monastery and stunning mountain views. Walk through rhododendron forests and encounter captivating landscapes. Reach Tengboche after a 5 to 6-hour trek and immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of the monastery.

Descend through forests, cross suspension bridges, and pass through Sherpa villages as you make your way back towards Monjo. Enjoy the scenic beauty and take in the Himalayan vistas along the way. This is a 7 to 8-hour trek, providing a mix of adventure and tranquility.

Today's trek takes you back to Lukla, where you began your journey. Follow the trail alongside the Dudh Koshi River, crossing bridges and enjoying the final views of the majestic mountains. Trek for about 5 to 6 hours and celebrate the completion of your Everest Panorama Trek.

Take a thrilling flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, enjoying the aerial views of the mountains one last time. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel and use the rest of the day to relax, explore the city, or indulge in some souvenir shopping.
